Role Description The Garage Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the garage store, ensuring availability and proper stocking of spare parts, tools, and consumables for the fleet maintenance team.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock movement, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The role will also involve supporting maintenance schedules, ensuring timely issuance of materials, enforcing safety and compliance standards,



and optimizing storage layout for efficiency.

The Garage Store

Manager will collaborate closely with workshop supervisors, mechanics, and logistics teams to minimize vehicle downtime and support smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in kundaim , Goa.

Qualifications Solid inventory and store management skills, including stock monitoring, ordering, and reconciliation.

Experience in fleet or automotive parts management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.

Proficiency with inventory software or ERP systems, and basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation).

Knowledge of vehicle spare parts, tools, and maintenance processes used in commercial trucking and garage operations.

Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize operational needs.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with mechanics, supervisors, vendors, and management.

Attention to detail, accuracy in record keeping, and commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, automotive, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Prior experience managing a store or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
