Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge along with technical capabilities to support implementation, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Develop and support HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).




- Configure Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows (BPM), Security Profiles, and Data Roles.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), BRD, and solution documentation.
- Perform data migration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, upgrades, and Go-Live activities.
- Provide end-user training and Hypercare support.
