Chief Manager - AIF

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in end-to-end fund operations, compliance, fund administration, and NAV review within the AIF/Fund Management industry.
- Robust knowledge of GIFT City and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive fund growth and operational excellence.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and lead operations and compliance of fund-related activities.
- To liaise with various regulators and consultants to maintain compliance with the funds
- Interact and lead the investor sign-up process and soft reach out to potential investors.
- Work alongside our fund administrator, custodian, consultants and trustee on operational and ongoing matters.
- Understanding of corporate strategic initiatives, investment industry, AIFS with regulatory landscape (GIFT focused)
- Drive the company to become a premier fund and services offering organisation in GIFT City.
- Be updated with the latest announcements/changes in regulations announced by various parties, such as exchanges (NSE IFSC, India INX)



and the regulator (IFSCA)
- Implement best practices and SOPs to increase fund-based activity
- Lead the Fund's end-to-end operations and grow our flagship fund's AUM to 10x

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA or equivalent degree
- 3-5 Years of experience working in the investment management (AIF) industry
- Familiarity and experience with running core fund operations such as managing fund admin side-relationship, NAV analysis and approval, working with the chief accounts manager for accounts-related tasks.
- Experience and knowledge about the GIFT zone
- Leadership abilities to develop and cultivate a team of focused and passionate individuals.
- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
- Qualified to be appointed Principal Officer under the IFSCA, FME Regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
