We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge, experience in client interactions, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRDs, and solution documentation.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Support data migration using HDL/HSDL.
- Configure approval workflows and security roles.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
- Conduct end-user training and support during Go-Live and Hypercare.
