Job Summary

ArcLight Care is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll and Time & Labor (OTL) (California) to support implementation and ongoing operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on functional knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliant time tracking, and effective system support for CARE operations.

Primary Responsibilities

- Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Payroll and Time & Labor (OTL) modules
- Participate in Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and post-go-live support
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure Oracle Payroll and OTL to meet business and compliance needs
- Support W-2 processing and payroll reconciliation activities
- Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams




- Assist with system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:

- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

- Proven experience in

- Oracle HCM implementation

- Production support
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting
- Experience supporting W-2 processing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Experience with:

- Oracle Advantages

- Absence Management
- Technical exposure (working closely with developers)
- Involvement in Open Enrollment activities
- Experience supporting offset ONE testing
- Background as a project analyst or hybrid functional role
