- Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fullstack/Data Scientist – AI Builder based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
The Role This isn't your typical software engineering role. We are looking for a Full Stack AI Builder who operates like an intrapreneur. You will be our internal "Swiss Army Knife"—a founder-type builder who can take a vague business need, conceptualize an AI-driven solution, and build it from 0 to 1.
Some weeks you might be building a customer-facing AI agent; other weeks, you might be automating our internal operations or pivoting the core product based on new market signals. You will have absolute ownership of what you build. If you love ambiguity, thrive on autonomy, and get excited by the bleeding edge of AI, this is for you.
What You Will Do
- Zero-to-One Prototyping: Rapidly build and deploy MVPs and functional prototypes based on shifting company priorities and market feedback.
- End-to-End Ownership:
Own the entire lifecycle of your projects—from architecture and backend logic to frontend UI and AI integration.
- AI Integration & Engineering: Leverage LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents to solve complex problems. You aren't just calling APIs; you are building intelligent systems.
- Intrapreneurial Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the company or product and proactively propose, build, and ship solutions.
- Pivot & Adapt: Comfortably throw away code when an experiment fails and pivot quickly to the next high-impact project.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Hacker Mindset: You care more about shipping a functional, impactful product than arguing over the perfect tech stack. You are a pragmatist.
- Applied AI Experience: You have hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models). You understand Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Extreme Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You manage your own time, define your own tasks, and take responsibility for the outcomes.
