About the Role

​Willsun Pharma is seeking a self-driven sales and marketing specialist to expand our pharmaceutical reach. This is a strictly performance-based, commission-only role with full schedule flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Doctor & Clinic Visits: Visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies on-site to detail products and build relationships.
- ​Direct Sales: Pitch products, close sales orders, and secure repeat business.
- ​Performance Marketing: Run targeted digital or offline offices to generate new medical leads.
- ​Territory Growth: Identify and onboard new clinics, retail outlets, and other medical stores facilities.

​Requirements

- ​Strong communication, sales negotiation, and field outreach skills.
- ​Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical sales or performance marketing.




- ​High self-motivation to manage your own hours and field visits.

​Compensation & Expense Terms

- ​Commission Only: Earnings are tied directly to sales performance—the more orders you generate, the more you earn.
- ​Order-Linked Expenses: Travel and field expenses are paid only when accompanied by a minimum some confirmed sales order.
- ​Total Work Flexibility: Set your own hours and manage your territory as you see fit.
