Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on architecture, code quality, and mentoring engineers while delivering high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.

· Lead full-stack development using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

· Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps processes.

· Design RESTful/GraphQL APIs and optimize application performance.

· Mentor developers and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and business teams.

· Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.

Required Qualifications





· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

· 7+ years of software development experience.

· 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or serving as a Technical Lead.

Technical Skills

· Front-End: React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

· Back-End: Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python.

· Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.

· Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes.

· APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Kafka.

· Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
