Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of our business, Millenniums Information Technology organization builds flexible, scalable platforms and advanced proprietary systems that support the firms active, multi-manager model. Within this environment, the Core Technology Development team builds and evolves shared business platforms that support critical internal processes, partnering across the firm to deliver scalable, well-integrated applications and end-user tools.

What You'll Do

Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the compensation platform





Partner closely with business analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Build application components across the stack, including UI/UX, business services, and reporting solutions

Contribute to a up-to-date engineering environment built on .NET Core and Angular, with integration across shared platform components

Collaborate with developers across the firm to deliver end-user tools that support key business processes

Help shape scalable, maintainable solutions through thoughtful design, implementation, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

8+ years of software development experience

Strong programming experience with solid understanding of object-oriented programming, C#, and .NET Core

3+ years of UI development experience using Angular, React, or a comparable JavaScript framework

5+ years of relational database development experience, including writing complex SQL and stored procedures

Experience building and consuming RESTful services

Development experience across both Windows and Linux environments

Experience creating storyboards, user flows, and wireframes to communicate interaction and design ideas

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and take ownership of delivery
