Pinaca Technologies Private Limited is looking for talented Full-Stack Software Developers with strong expertise in Python backend development and React.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

- Build responsive and up-to-date frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, Product, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and CI/CD implementation
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf to improve productivity and code quality





Required Skills • 2–3 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Development

- Robust proficiency in Python
- Experience with React.js and TypeScript
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering techniques
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability

Nice to Have • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI SDKs

- Experience with RAG applications and vector databases
- Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and modern AI application architectures
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications
