Role Overview We're looking for a strong full stack developer (React Native) to build and scale our Android and iOS apps. You'll own the development process end-to-end and help shape our technical direction as we grow all in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance React Native applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Build and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric mobile applications.

Ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation and seamless integration with REST APIs and native device capabilities.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient architecture and best coding practices.

Implement caching strategies to improve application responsiveness and reduce API latency.

Drive the adoption of modern development tools, coding standards, and CI/CD practices to improve engineering productivity.

Participate in code reviews,



technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Technical Expertise

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native and Node.js development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React concepts.

Hands-on experience with Expo for React Native application development.

Experience with Redux Toolkit (or similar state management libraries).

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design, query optimization, and database migrations.

Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.

Good understanding of SQL, asynchronous programming, and backend application architecture.

Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

Good understanding of caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, in-memory caching, API response caching) to improve application performance.

Experience with version control systems such as Git and modern development workflows.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

Understanding of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and release management for Android and iOS.
