RoR Job Summary

As a Ruby on Rails Engineer, you’ll work on building and maintaining robust web applications that deliver a real value to our users. We need an experienced developer who can handle both frontend and backend development using Ruby on Rails. You'll be working in a collaborative environment, tackling interesting challenges, and contributing to all aspects of our application development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Rails - Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Handle both frontend and backend development tasks

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails framework
- Above-average communication skills
- Strong command of the English language, including skilled writing and speaking skills, is essential
- Full Stack development experience (frontend and backend)
- Solid understanding of web application architecture
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Git version control

Preferences:
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus)
- Testing experience with RSpec
- jQuery knowledge (for legacy code maintenance)
- Familiarity with Haml templating (for legacy code maintenance)
- Docker containerization experience
- CSS framework experience with Foundation
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
