Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Lead – Cloud & GenAI to own the end-to-end delivery of modern full-stack, cloud and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities and experience guiding engineering teams to design, develop, deploy and scale production-ready applications.

This role is suited for a strong full-stack engineer who has evolved into a technical leadership position and can make architecture decisions, solve complex engineering challenges and leverage AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency and delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical delivery across full-stack, cloud and AI-driven projects.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready solutions.

Drive technical decisions across architecture, APIs, databases, integrations and system design.

Manage deployments at scale using cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security and observability.

Leverage AI coding tools, AI agents and automation to improve engineering productivity.

Review technical designs, understand code and troubleshoot critical technical challenges.

Remove engineering blockers and ensure high-quality execution.

Take complete ownership from requirements gathering through successful production deployment.

Required

Skills

5–8 years of experience in full-stack engineering, including hands-on technical leadership and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Strong experience with modern full-stack technologies, including React, Node.js, Python, Modern frontend and backend frameworks

Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, Databases, System architecture





Experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP.

Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

Solid leadership skills, with the ability to guide engineers and make technical decisions.

Ability to review code, troubleshoot complex engineering issues and remove technical blockers.

Practical exposure to GenAI technologies, AI agents, AI coding tools or AI-powered workflow automation.

Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and AI-powered applications.

Strong adoption of AI-assisted coding and development tools to improve engineering speed and quality.

Experience leading complex or large-scale engineering initiatives.

Exposure to cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation and deployment frameworks.
