Full Stack Engineer/Developer (Remote, Full-Time) About ICARE Indian Centre for Academic Rankings & Excellence (ICARE) is India's first and only Central Government-empanelled agency for institutional assessment, accreditation, and performance analytics in higher education. We power national frameworks like NIRF, NAAC DVV, IoE, and NEP, alongside state-level initiatives across the country - bringing data, transparency, and accountability to how India's universities are measured and improved. We're hiring a full-time developer to build new web platforms, upgrade existing ones, and manage them post-production.

High-ownership role - you'll own projects end-to-end, not just one piece of a larger team.

Skills we're looking for: Strong hands-on experience with a up-to-date JS/TS stack (React or Vue + Node.js), or an equivalent stack

Solid database skills - PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB





Experience deploying and managing production apps (AWS/GCP/Azure/DigitalOcean, CI/CD, server/domain/SSL management)

Comfortable owning a project end-to-end with minimal supervision

Experience with dashboards/data visualization/admin tools - a plus

Understanding of auth, role-based access, and secure handling of sensitive data

Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build and ship faster

Bonus: experience integrating AI/LLM features (chatbots, agentic workflows, RAG) into web applications Details: Employment type: Full-time
