Kasparro builds the infrastructure that measures and improves how brands are represented inside AI engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI.

As AI becomes a layer buyers check before making decisions, the way brands are represented inside these systems has become increasingly significant. We help companies understand that representation, measure it, and improve it. Our platform is live, in production, and used by paying customers across India and the US.

Why this role exists The measurement layer is already live, and the roadmap ahead is larger than the current engineering team can cover. We're looking for an engineer to own well-defined parts of the system, not simply contribute additional capacity. The work you take on will be genuinely yours, and with that comes responsibility and visibility.

The role

You'll work on a production multi-agent system where LLMs plan, extract, draft, and critique, while deterministic code computes every number and governs every stage.

You don't need professional AI experience. We're deliberately looking for engineers with solid software fundamentals who are curious about AI systems and want to learn by building them in production.

This is a mentored role. Your code will reach production early, supported by review and feedback throughout the process. What you'll own

Backend development with Python and FastAPI, including APIs, async workflows, and request/response handling.

PostgreSQL schema design, queries, and migrations.

Components of our multi-agent pipeline, including tool functions, structured output validation, and failure handling.





Frontend development in React and Next.js for dashboards and report views, built AI-assisted with Claude Code or Cursor.

End-to-end ownership of the features you build, including debugging production issues and improving system reliability What we're looking for

You'll likely be a good fit if you have:

Strong Python fundamentals and experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.

Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.

Experience building with React.

Experience using Git and shipping software.

Hands-on experimentation with LLM APIs through work or personal projects.

Curiosity, engineering discipline, and a willingness to learn. Your first 90 days

You'll begin by learning the codebase and domain while shipping small, reviewed pull requests.

As your understanding grows, you'll take ownership of complete features before progressing to owning a bounded part of the system.
