We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer – Project Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in

React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, Microservices, and modern cloud technologies . You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, making technical decisions, improving system architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-centric digital solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead projects from design through deployment while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js .
- Develop secure and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js .
- Design and implement REST APIs and GraphQL services.




- Develop and maintain Microservices-based architecture.
- Work with MongoDB, MSSQL, and Firestore for efficient data management.
- Optimize application performance through caching, code optimization, and database tuning.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture planning, and project execution.
- Mentor and guide developers while promoting engineering best practices.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and high availability.
- Work with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and development practices to enhance product quality and performance.
