Full Stack Engineer

Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ReactJS, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js.

Build End-to-End Solutions: Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services while ensuring seamless integration across the application stack.

API Development & Integration: Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, authentication systems, payment gateways, and cloud services.

Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data using MySQLand PostgreSQL.

Performance Optimization: Improve application speed, scalability, and reliability by optimizing front-end rendering, backend processing, and database performance.

Testing & Deployment: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper testing practices. Participate in deployments using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Security & Best Practices: Follow secure coding standards, implement authentication and authorization, protect application data, and maintain high code quality through reviews and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js.

Experience developing mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,



and contemporary ES6+ features.

Strong experience with ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

Hands-on experience with React Native and/or Flutter mobile application development.

Good understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.

Experience integrating Firebase, push notifications, cloud services, and analytics tools.

Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development setting.

Product-focused mindset with attention to user experience and code quality. Bonus

Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

Experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.).

Exposure to WebSockets, real-time applications, or microservices architecture.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or server administration.

Experience working in startup or digital agency environments.
