- Upon receiving the payout, candidates may choose to conclude their engagement with the company. *Option 2 – ESOP-Based Compensation - Eligible candidates may opt for compensation through the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
- ESOPs will be granted in accordance with the company's ESOP policy.
- At the end of the 8-month contractual period, the ESOPs will be evaluated as per the company's policy and may either continue to vest or be converted into monetary value, subject to company terms and performance. *Option 3 – Permanent Employment Opportunity - Candidates who successfully complete the 8-month contractual period and demonstrate strong performance may be offered a full-time permanent position, subject to business requirements and company evaluation.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Design scalable application architecture and database structures.

Develop secure and efficient REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, management, and other stakeholders.

Estimate project timelines and participate in sprint planning.
