Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET or Python for the backend and Flutter or React for the frontend.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with clean and intuitive designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test cases for both backend and frontend systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the stack.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and implement best practices.
- Code review and Merge request review of fellow team members and sharing knowledge with them
What You Bring
- 8-10 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Expertise in backend development using .NET or Python.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies with Flutter or React.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience end to end docker based configuration and deployment is a plus. Solid problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field. Experience working with multiculture and multinational team
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Design patterns is a plus
- Passion for building end-to-end solutions that are scalable and user-friendly. Ability to learn new languages or frameworks quickly.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership.
