We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore, where you will take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for our core product suite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Your work will directly influence the performance, reliability, and user experience of our platform, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge while delivering seamless digital experiences to our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and maintain robust web applications by integrating Python-based backend services with dynamic Angular 5+ frontends to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Design and optimize complex database schemas using MongoDB and SQL to support data-intensive features and improve overall system latency for end-users.
- Develop and document secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between internal services and third-party integrations, enhancing system interoperability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the full SDLC to identify technical bottlenecks,
propose innovative solutions, and ensure timely deployment of high-quality code.
- Implement rigorous version control practices using Git to streamline team collaboration and maintain a stable, scalable codebase across multiple environments.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable web applications using Python and Angular 5+, with a deep understanding of modern design patterns and component-based architecture.
- Proven ability to manage both NoSQL and relational databases, specifically MongoDB and SQL, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful services, with a focus on security, scalability, and clean API documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team workplace.
- Experience navigating the full SDLC, coupled with a disciplined approach to using Git for branch management and code reviews in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact software solutions in a professional setting.
