We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining contemporary enterprise web applications focused on retail analytics, inventory management, demand planning, and AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python Flask, PostgreSQL, front-end development, REST APIs, and experience integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python Flask.

Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend, backend, and AI services.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including writing efficient SQL queries and database tuning.

Integrate enterprise data from PostgreSQL and Apache Hive/Big Data environments.

Collaborate with Business team to understand the requirement and data gathering.

Work with AI team to integrate machine learning models, and AI-powered features into web applications.

Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and security best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

Work collaboratively using GitHub and Agile development practices.

Skills





3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in Python and Flask Framework.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL database development.

Experience working with REST APIs.

Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.

Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.

Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.

Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with Apache Hive or other Big Data technologies.

Experience integrating AI/ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI services into enterprise applications.

Proficiency in leveraging AI coding assistants and Large Language Models to accelerate software development, explore modern design approaches, solve technical challenges, and improve overall engineering productivity while using AI tools efficiently.
