Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Gen AI Architect) to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development along with hands-on experience in integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications. You will play a key role in defining the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack applications with integrated Generative AI capabilities.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build robust back-end services and APIs using Python and modern web frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for scalable applications.
- Implement containerized deployments using Docker and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and maintainability.




- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or other enterprise AI platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application architecture.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native application development is an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications with up-to-date technologies.
