Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems and building quality software. You'll work on web applications, SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, and custom software solutions for clients in India and international markets.

Your responsibilities include

- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Work on frontend, backend, APIs, and database design while taking ownership of assigned modules.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Debug issues, improve application performance, and ensure high code quality.
- Learn new technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
- Use modern development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, Nest.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP/Laravel, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to different project requirements.

This is a full time Work from Office position in Kolhapur. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Kolhapur or nearby areas .
