Qualifications &

- Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of fullstack experience with at least 3 years in BFSI/FinTech domain.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with BFSI data systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with BFSI stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple BFSI transformation projects.

Required Skills:

- 3 years of qualified experience in fullstack development, preferably in BFSI/FinTech.
- Expert proficiency in Java/Golang with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
- Strong frontend expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS.
- Proficient in RESTful API design and BFSI-grade integrations.
- Extensive experience with SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases for BFSI data systems.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and secure coding principles.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and BFSI data query optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Jaeger or similar monitoring/tracing tools for BFSI transaction observability.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in BFSI applications (PII handling, encryption, compliance).




- Familiarity with agile methodologies and BFSI-specific delivery frameworks.

Key BFSI Requirement:

- Candidate must have prior BFSI/FinTech exposure working on banking systems, loan management platforms, payment gateways, or financial data systems.

Experience in NBFCs, banks, or BFSI product companies will be considered a strong plus.
