Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Architect with deep expertise in Angular to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in modern front-end technologies, UI architecture, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

This role requires close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, backend architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the front-end architecture for enterprise-grade web applications using Angular.

- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI frameworks and component libraries.

- Establish front-end development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Collaborate with backend architects to define API contracts and integration strategies.

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and responsiveness.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on architecture, design patterns, and modern Angular practices.

- Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility (WCAG), and performance standards.

- Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and deployment strategies.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in front-end development,



with significant expertise in Angular (Angular 12+ preferred).

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and responsive web design.

- Extensive experience with Angular architecture, RxJS, NgRx, Angular CLI, and reactive forms.

- Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and state management.

- Experience designing reusable UI component libraries and design systems.

- Expertise in RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization.

- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing using Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Proficiency with Git, npm, Webpack, Vite, and modern build tools.

- Strong understanding of web security concepts, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, XSS, and CSRF protection.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Micro Frontends and Module Federation.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

- Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with UX/UI design teams.

- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Java, .NET, or Node.js.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience leading front-end teams and driving technical decisions.
