Job Summary

Baashyaam Constructions is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and effective coordination with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information or direct them to the concerned team.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales Team for appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and relevant details.




- Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile

- Male candidates only.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Presentable, confident, and professional in approach.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Customer Service will be preferred.
