The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the insurance industry, be comfortable with field sales, and possess strong lead generation and customer acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field activities, references, and self-sourcing.
- Acquire recent customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell Shriram Life Insurance products through the Direct Channel.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable life insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.
- Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and adhere to company compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance sector.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Experience in direct sales and field sales is mandatory.
