Role Overview The Front of House (FOH) team is the face of The Frame Lodhi, responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Team members ensure exceptional hospitality, efficient service coordination, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism while working closely with both service and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

Host / Hostess

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.

Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and guest seating using luxury reservation systems.

Optimise table allocations and balance server sections to maximise dining capacity and service efficiency.

Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion, confidentiality, and personalised hospitality.

Communicate wait times effectively and manage table delays with composure during busy service.

Understand and communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, celebrations, and special requests accurately to the service and kitchen teams.

Address guest enquiries and concerns with empathy, tact, and a solution-focused approach.

Coordinate with restaurant managers, servers, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Maintain a welcoming reception area while upholding the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and hospitality.

Guest Service Associate (GSA )





Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience.

Take food and beverage orders accurately when required.

Build positive relationships with guests by understanding their needs and preferences.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards within the dining area.

Support restaurant operations while ensuring every guest receives a premium hospitality experience.

Assistant Server

Support servers in delivering efficient and attentive table service.

Prepare tables before guest arrival and reset them promptly after use.

Assist in serving food and beverages according to service standards.

Maintain service stations with adequate stock of cutlery, crockery, and service essentials.

Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special requirements.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained throughout service.

Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, hotels, or luxury dining (experience preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance with exceptional grooming standards.

Robust customer service mindset and passion for hospitality.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
