RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet and meet visitors and Candidates and director’s appropriately

· Provide administrative services

· Ensure, all the employees are wearing ID cards, deposited their personal phone at reception.

· Ensure Candidate Information Form is dully filled by the candidate

· Ensure Co-ordination with HR Recruiters for Interview process.

· Ensure all employees making entry in attendance register, · Ensure entry is made in medical registers as medicine is consumed · Ensure Resume master data is duly maintained and send it to HOD QUALIFICATIONS:

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, candidates, employees, and management.

Well-groomed and presentable personality with a professional attitude and positive demeanor.

Knowledge of office etiquette, reception management, and basic administrative procedures.
