- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Check and verify travel documents, such as tickets and passports
- Assist passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures
- Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage
- Ensure the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights
- Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operations
