We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be eager to learn various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and documentation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and skilled networks.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Employee Onboarding

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.

- Collect and verify employee documents.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other onboarding documents.

- Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.

- Support payroll-related activities by coordinating employee information.

- Ensure timely updating of HR databases and reports.

Employee Engagement

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

- Support initiatives that promote employee well-being and workplace culture.





- Coordinate internal communications related to HR activities.

HR Administration

- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS as required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory).

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of job portals and professional networking platforms.

- Basic understanding of HRMS tools is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions and reporting is desirable.
