Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Freight Broker role based in Noida, working in the US night shift.

The Freight

Broker will support daily freight operations, including coordinating loads between shippers and carriers, assisting with dispatch activities, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and communicating shipment status to customers and partners.

Broker will also help with basic account management tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly. Training will be provided,



and the role offers exposure to international logistics and brokerage processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop foundational skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations for US-based clients
- Robust Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and support shippers and carriers
- Interest in Dispatching activities, including coordinating loads, routing, and real-time shipment tracking
- Capacity to assist with basic Account Management tasks such as maintaining records and supporting ongoing client relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for international calls and email correspondence
- Willingness to work permanent US/night shift and commit to an in office role in Noida
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with using computers, spreadsheets, and logistics or CRM software; familiarity with MS Office is an advantage
- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent education; prior internship or exposure to logistics or BPO environments is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain professionalism under pressure, and learn quickly from training
