About the Role
At Well Cargo LLC, we are expanding our US Logistics team! We are looking for energetic, target-driven Freight Brokers to connect shippers with reliable carriers across North America. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have sharp negotiation skills, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with US-based shippers and carriers to source, negotiate, and book loads.
Manage end-to-end logistics coordination and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with carrier networks.
Resolve transit issues, delays, or dispatch challenges proactively.
Maintain accurate operational records and update dispatch tracking systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months in US Freight Brokerage / Logistics,
or International Voice/Sales BPO experience preferred (Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply).
Skills: Excellent English verbal & written communication, rate negotiation, and conflict resolution.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a sales/performance-driven environment.
Ability to work full time night shifts (US Timings).
