If you enjoy building relationships, negotiating freight, and growing your customer base, we'll provide the tools and back-office support so you can focus on what you do best.

Responsibilities

- Develop shipper relationships within government, supplier-diversity, and healthcare freight markets.
- Build and maintain carrier partnerships.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Coordinate freight movement while maximizing profitability.
- Grow and manage your own book of business.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of freight brokerage or dispatch experience.
- Existing book of business or a explicit strategy to build one.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- U.S.-based remote professional.
