Reframing Success strategy. Designation – Freelance Coordinator – Lifeskills Collaborative

Location – Sirohi, Rajasthan

Professional fee - will be commensurate with capability

Essence of the Role - We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Freelance Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and smooth implementation of LSC 2.0 activities in Rajasthan, with a preference for candidates based in Sirohi or nearby districts. This is a field-based coordination role requiring someone who is equally comfortable facilitating discussions, coordinating logistics and liaising with government departments and local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the implementation of LSC 2.0 activities across identified locations in Rajasthan.

Liaise with district and block education officials to obtain necessary permissions and facilitate smooth coordination with government schools.





Coordinate with school heads, teachers and other stakeholders for scheduling meetings and activities.

Arrange venues, logistics and local support for workshops, dialogues and stakeholder meetings whenever required.

Support facilitation of meetings and dialogues, along with TTF team members.

Maintain regular communication with local partners and stakeholders.

Assist in documentation, reporting and follow-up after activities.

Represent TTF professionally while building positive relationships with government officials, schools and communities.

Preferred

Profile

Is based in Sirohi or nearby districts.

Has valuable knowledge of the local context, culture and administrative systems.

Is fluent in Hindi and the local language, with good spoken and written English.

Has prior experience working with government schools or the education sector.

Has experience as a teacher, trainer, facilitator or education professional (preferred).

Has existing relationships with district/block education departments, school leaders and local authorities.

Is confident in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing on-ground logistics.

Is proactive, organised, dependable and comfortable travelling within the district/state as required.

Has basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, email, etc.) and is comfortable using online communication platforms. Qualification in Education (B. Ed/M. Ed, MA in Education) preferred
