About Mugberry

Mugberry is a fast-growing beverage and snack franchise brand operating on a unique Franchise Owned, Company Operated (FOCO) model. We are expanding across South India and are looking for passionate professionals to drive our franchise growth in Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify franchise leads through various sales channels.

Conduct discovery meetings, business presentations, and franchise consultations with prospective investors.

Explain the Mugberry franchise model, investment, and business chance.

Manage the complete franchise sales process from enquiry to agreement execution.

Conduct site visits and evaluate potential franchise locations.

Build relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, brokers, and channel partners.

Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and outlet launch.

Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.

Represent Mugberry at business events, exhibitions, and networking programs.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, retail expansion, real estate, hospitality, or consultative sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.





Comfortable travelling across Karnataka for franchise meetings and site visits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.

Language Requirements

Kannada – Mandatory

Hindi – Mandatory

English – Mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
