- Responsibilities for a Business Controller / Finance Business Partner in a logistics company covering Air &
- Ocean Freight and Warehousing

1. Business Controller Air &
- Ocean Freight

Financial Planning &

- Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial projections.

- Monitor revenue, gross profit, and EBIT performance by trade lane, customer, and product.

- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast.

Commercial Finance

- Partner with the Air &
- Ocean sales teams on pricing, profitability, and commercial decisions.

- Evaluate customer-wise and shipment-wise profitability.

- Support pricing approvals and margin improvement initiatives.

- Review freight rates, surcharges, and customer contracts from a financial perspective.
