Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in GCC Global Banking is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with IBM TM1 is mandatory.

- 5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Robust experience in Financial Planning &
- Analysis (FP&A;)

.

- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.

- Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, and FRD preparation.

- Experience working closely with Finance users and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for FP&A; initiatives.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and other functional documentation.

- Work with Finance and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

- Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
