Job Summary The Foundry Supervisor will supervise daily melting and casting activities, ensure process discipline, maintain production schedules, and support smooth foundry operations while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise furnace charging, melting, and casting operations.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, casting speed, and cooling water flow.
- Ensure proper handling of molten metal and casting equipment.
- Maintain production and shift activity records.
- Ensure timely mold preparation and casting setup.
- Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and safety compliance.
- Guide operators and helpers during production activities.
- Monitor billet surface quality and dimensions.
- Support continuous process improvement activities.
Experience 4-8 years in Aluminium Foundry Operations
