The problem

Marketing agencies in India are capped by headcount. Twelve clients needs five people. Thirty needs fifteen you can't afford and can't train. Almost every agency owner I speak to is doing client work at 11pm, because the operational layer of their business is WhatsApp, Google Drive and hope.

Poststack solves this for agencies, freelancers and creators.

The goal is straightforward to say and quite large to do: make a 5-person agency operate like a 20-person one.

Where we actually are

Early. Bootstrapped. The product works and agencies pay for it — most of them came through my own network.

What doesn't exist is any way of reaching agencies who've never heard of us. No list, no sequence, no funnel, no content, no process. That's the job.

You're not joining a growth team. You're the reason one exists.

What you'd own

Everything before the close.

You decide which agencies we go after and how we reach them. You'll build the target list, run outreach across Instagram, LinkedIn and the phone, have real conversations with agency owners, and book them onto demos with me. You'll be on every one of those calls — not taking notes, but learning how this gets sold and feeding that back into how we sell it.

Then you build on top of it. Funnels, lead magnets, whatever earns attention from this buyer.

And you document the whole thing publicly. The conversations, the objections, the pain points agencies keep repeating back to us. That content isn't a side project — the conversations generate the material, and the material makes the next conversation easier.

When something you try works, it becomes how we do it.

What you'd earn

- ₹20,000/month base, regardless of results

- 10% of six months of their subscription/ per agency, paid as long as their invoice clears
- No cap.

What I'm not going to promise We're bootstrapped, so I won't tell you you'll have a team in twelve months. I don't know yet whether we'll be able to afford one, and I'd rather say that than sell you a story.

What I will promise: you own this outright, you get my time every week, and you see every number — revenue, churn, runway, what we spend. If this works, the person who built the sales function is the obvious person to run it. That's a real path, not a guaranteed one, and I think the difference matters.

Who this is for

Someone who wants to build a company one day and has already worked out that the bottleneck is almost never the product. It's whether anyone can sell it.

The specific thing I'm looking for is resourcefulness. Before we'd finished building Poststack, I trained my Instagram algorithm to show me nothing but SMM agencies and their ads, screenshotted every page that had a contact on it, built a list by hand, and started calling people. That instinct — rig the system, do the unscalable thing, don't wait for permission — matters more to me than anything on your CV.

You should also

- Have sold something before. A job, freelance work, sponsorships,

your own side hustle. Evidence you've asked a stranger for money and survived being told no.
- Write like a person, not a template
- Follow up without being told to
- Be comfortable on video and on the phone with agency owners twice your age
- Prefer being handed a target and left alone over being handed a checklist

Be honest with yourself before applying This is outbound. Most people you message won't reply. You'll send forty messages a day and hear back from five, then do it again tomorrow. Month one is mostly silence while you work out what lands. Stubborn beats clever here.

If what you want is to run ads or make brand content, this isn't that job.

How to apply

There's the easy apply. Use it — I read everything.

But this job is cold outreach to strangers who've never heard of us. If you can do that, the obvious move is to do it. Work out who's behind Poststack, reach me directly, and bring something with you:

- Three marketing agencies you think are a perfect fit for Poststack, and the exact first message you'd send each one
- Something wrong with our positioning, site or Instagram — and what you'd change, with reasoning
- Something you've built that does a piece of this job: a list, a sequence, a landing page
- Something I haven't thought of

None of it is required. But if you're the right person for this, it'll be easier than filling in the form.
- One thing on honesty: I'll ask you to walk me through whatever you send, in detail — how you found those agencies, why you wrote it that way, what you'd do if they ignored you. Send work you can defend in conversation.
