Glitch AI Solutions is building a small team to work on real AI automation and digital transformation projects.
We are looking for a smart, responsible and technically capable early-career professional who wants to learn how real business problems are understood, planned and converted into automation solutions.
This is not a basic college internship or a prompt-writing role. You will work directly with the founder, technical experts and delivery partners.
What You Will
Do
Understand business processes and client requirements
Prepare questions for discovery meetings
Map current and improved workflows
Identify automation opportunities
Research APIs, software systems and integrations
Build simple automations and proof-of-concepts
Prepare clear process diagrams and documents
Join selected internal and client discussions
Coordinate with developers and delivery partners What We Are Looking For
At least one working automation, AI, dashboard or software project
Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks and databases
Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Clear communication and documentation skills
Robust ownership, reliability and attention to detail
Comfortable working directly with the founder
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Supabase, AI agents, dashboards, IoT, CCTV, BMS or facility-management systems is useful but not mandatory.
