Role Description The Founders Office role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram, working closely with the founders on strategic and operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting business planning, tracking key projects, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and operations. The role involves conducting market and competitive research, analyzing data to inform decisions, and helping streamline processes and workflows.

This position also requires managing calendars, meetings, and follow-ups, documenting action items, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.

Office professional serves as a central point of coordination, enabling the leadership team to operate efficiently and focus on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research capabilities, including data analysis, market research, and the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in business writing, presentation creation, and stakeholder coordination across teams.

Robust organizational and project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and attention to detail.
