About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of execution, AI, and business impact. This is not a “just manage timelines” role.

You will own AI-driven initiatives end-to-end — from breaking down ambiguous problems to deploying prompt-based workflows that directly impact revenue and operations.

If you can think in systems, execute fast, and get your hands dirty with prompts, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Program Management

Own and drive AI-led initiatives across teams (Sales, Ops, Product)

Break down high-level goals into execution plans with transparent timelines

Track progress, unblock teams, and ensure delivery

Prompting Workflows (Core)

Design, test, and iterate prompts for real-world use cases (sales, automation, workflows)

Build and optimize AI workflows using tools like OpenAI, Claude, etc.

Continuously improve output quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Execution & Experimentation

Run rapid experiments measure iterate

Translate business problems into AI solutions

Ship rapid, learn faster

Stakeholder Management





Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams

Act as the bridge between business needs and AI execution

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in program management / operations / product / AI workflows

Ability to structure chaos into execution plans

High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Bonus Points

Experience working with AI tools / automation workflows

Basic understanding of APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or scripting

Prior exposure to sales, growth, or revenue teams
