Role Description The Founder's Office role at Tractor Seva is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. This role supports the founder across strategic initiatives, including business planning, market and operational analysis, and key project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing presentations and reports, tracking metrics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and following up on action items to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves conducting research on agritech, service operations, and market trends,



as well as contributing to process improvements and new initiatives. The individual will also assist in stakeholder communication, investor or partner outreach, and special projects that directly influence the company’s growth and service excellence.

Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear insights, reports, and presentations.

Project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple initiatives, set priorities, and ensure timely execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholder coordination, documentation, and external communication.

Business acumen in operations, strategy, or consulting, preferably with exposure to agritech, automotive, or service industries.

Comfort with technology tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms) and a data-driven approach.

Ability to work closely with senior leadership, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high ownership and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or prior startup experience is an advantage.

Interest in rural markets, agriculture, or farmer-centric services, and willingness to engage with ground operations when needed.
