? Employment Type: Full-time About Hyperverse Hyperverse is a Shopify eCommerce Agency that helps brands build, grow, and scale their online stores. We've worked with brands like MEND, Buybox, Flavors of Kerala, Interval, Lehervastra, and more.

We're looking for someone who enjoys organizing teams, solving problems, and making sure work gets done.

What you'll do : Work closely with the founder on daily operations.

Assign and track tasks across the team.

Ensure projects are completed on time.

Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members.

Manage attendance, leave requests, and team schedules.

Organize meetings and follow up on action items.

Maintain project updates, documentation, and reports.

Help build better systems and improve internal workflows. Who We're Looking For : Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.





Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Eager to learn, improve, and grow with the company.

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, or similar is a plus.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Previous internship or startup experience is an advantage but not required.

Must be based in Kozhikode or willing to relocate.
