Role Description The Founder's Office Intern role is an on-site internship based in Coimbatore. The intern will support the founding team with day-to-day strategic and operational activities, including market and competitive research, preparing presentations and reports, and tracking key business metrics.

Responsibilities may include assisting with investor and partner communications, coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items across teams. The intern will contribute to special projects related to product, operations, and business development, helping organize information, streamline processes, and ensure timely execution.



This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making in a fast-growing robotics startup and requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data collection, synthesis, and creating clear summaries or recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft emails, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations, document editors) and an aptitude for learning new digital tools quickly.

Demonstrated interest in startups, technology, or robotics, and willingness to work closely with founders on strategic and operational initiatives.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Coimbatore, maintain professionalism, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; prior internship or project experience is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and readiness to take ownership of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
