We're looking for a future founder, not just an employee. If your goal is to build your own startup ,this role gives you the opportunity to do every aspect of building your own consumer brand—from product selection and branding to marketing, sales, and scaling—while working directly with the founders. You'll be responsible for:
Executing and improving our proven D2C growth playbook
Consumer & competitor research
Product launches and category expansion
Amazon, D2C & growth marketing
Testing ideas, solving problems, and driving business growth We're looking for someone who:
Has 0–3 years of experience (or a fresher with exceptional initiative)
Has built or attempted something on their own (startup, D2C, content, AI, freelancing, etc.)
Learns quick,
takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems
Wants to build a business—not just work in one
Is comfortable with a ₹25–40K salary with high growth and equity/ESOP potential
Can work full-time from our Pune office This role is NOT for you if:
