₹7,20,000 - ₹9,60,000 a year A high-ownership role working directly with the founders across finance, operations, people and go-to-market. You will set things up, not just run them, and move between very different kinds of work in the same week. It suits someone who wants to own and explore widely, who is energised by range rather than a single lane, and who can be trusted to take something ambiguous and run with it.

What you'll own

Finance and controls

Set up and own our internal financial processes and controls

Reconciliation with our CFO firm to keep our books (Zoho Books) accurate and on time

GST (reconciliation, RCM, payments, filing) and TDS (calculation, payments, filing)

Payroll and vendor payments

Inventory: track inflow and outflow of materials with our production team, and set up strict controls

Monthly financial reporting for investors and key stakeholders

Operations and projects

Internal project management: weekly goal setting and progress tracking across the team

Set up internal systems and processes as we scale

Hiring and talent:



coordinate hiring, schedule interviews, support onboarding and people processes

Administration and coordination, including secretarial documents with our CS team

Go-to-market

Prospecting and outreach: build target lists and open conversations with potential clients

Social media and marketing: run our presence and support events and exhibitions

Broadly, help the founders find and chase growth
