Kapoor, Managing Partner About the Role This is a founder's office role built around directly supporting the Managing Partner in his day-to-day operational and strategic work. You will be his right hand across whatever the work demands. On any given day that could mean drafting emails, doing deep-dive research, building presentations, owning end-to-end projects, cold-calling prospective clients and stepping in on anything else that needs support.

It is a dynamic role that rewards multitasking. You will pick up a wide and shifting set of skills and you will be expected to learn fast and adapt faster. There is no fixed playbook here. The work changes with the needs of the business.

Who We're Looking For We want someone low-ego and high-agency who takes ownership without being asked twice. You should be AI-native and comfortable using up-to-date tools to move quickly and punch above your weight. Flexibility is essential.

The person who thrives here treats every new ask as a chance to learn rather than a task outside their scope.





There is no formal education requirement for this role. You need to be 12th pass. Beyond that we care about attitude, hunger and how you think.

You will start as an intern for the first two months with a monthly stipend of INR 25,000. Perform well and you will receive a full-time offer with higher compensation based on your performance.
