Foundation Faculty (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

Experience: 0–8 Years Key Responsibilities





Deliver engaging classroom instruction for Foundation-level students (Grades 8–10).

Prepare and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.

Simplify concepts and connect them to competitive examination requirements.

Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Mentor students and address academic queries to support their overall development.

Maintain accurate academic records and monitor student progress.

Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Participate in faculty training programs and contribute to a positive learning environment. Qualifications

Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Strong subject knowledge with excellent teaching and communication skills.

Prior teaching experience in schools, PU colleges, or coaching institutes is preferred.

Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Ability to effectively manage classrooms and engage students.

Excellent proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools.
